From the owner: We made the change from canola to beef tallow on 03/29/2025.

Local scratch-made ice cream, burgers and fries. No artificial flavors, colors or seed oils.

We make everything from scratch and buy all of our ingredients locally if possible.

We will eventually be incorporating tallow and potentially avocado oil.

But for now we are using 100% olive oil not a blend.

We strongly believe in not using seed oils in our cooking And want to pass those benefits off to our customers.

Using beef tallow is us taking one more step towards eliminating all seed oils from our restaurants in the community we love. If you aren't familiar with beef tallow, it's a premium beef tallow made from American Wagyu Aside from the countless health benefits, quality beef tallow also has a much lower absorption rate... dare we say healthier / crispier fries.
