We make everything from scratch and buy all of our ingredients locally if possible.
We will eventually be incorporating tallow and potentially avocado oil.
But for now we are using 100% olive oil not a blend.
We strongly believe in not using seed oils in our cooking And want to pass those benefits off to our customers.
