American bistro with locally sourced foods. Deep fryers use soybean oil, and some canola/vegetable oil is used on site, things are mostly panfried/seared etc. in olive oil or butter. Be sure to ask about what is used in sauces. They are willing to accommodate seed oil free dining if asked. Community report: Called the restaurant and they weren't knowledgeable on seed oils but were helpful to answer questions and find ways to accommodate.
