Jackson’s Corner is a long-standing neighborhood restaurant, bakery, and cafe in Bend, Oregon, located between downtown and the Old Mill District. Known for scratch cooking, house-made sourdough, and an all-day menu, Jackson’s serves everything from breakfast and brunch to lunch, happy hour, and supper.
The menu includes salads, sandwiches, house-made pasta, brick-oven sourdough pizza, and baked goods made on site. The kitchen works closely with local farms and producers and uses high-quality ingredients throughout. All food is made without seed oils.
Jackson’s Corner offers counter-service dining with a full espresso bar, cocktails, takeout, delivery, and reservations. Family-friendly, locally rooted, and open seven days a week.
