Beef tallow restaurants found 100 miles from 'Fort Worth, TX'

They use coconut oil in all their cooking/grilling (including house made tortilla chips). Bacon fat only in beans and refried beans. They do have margarine in the sauces (red & green sauces). They will sub extra cheese, salsa & sour cream.
