Community report: I have been told in person by the owner that many items use only butter, but some use other oils. I haven't gotten any clarification on which items only use butter and which items don't, but that I can always ask at the counter and they will tell me what oils an item uses.

They use coconut oil in all their cooking/grilling (including house made tortilla chips). Bacon fat only in beans and refried beans. They do have margarine in the sauces (red & green sauces). They will sub extra cheese, salsa & sour cream.

Pinch of salt pastries is a gluten-free bakery near downtown Grapevine. Their items are baked with coconut oil some vegan items with chocolate or items with sprinkles can contain lethicin, but their online menu lists out the ingredients contained in every item.

The coffee shop and cafe does not use any seed oils in our products. The milks are seed oil free and the dairy is high quality, regenerative, organic and/or local. Starfish Bakery is the in-house bakery, a separate business that is vegan, gluten-free and does use limited seed oils like organic sunflower oil but never uses highly processed oils like canola oil. Together we use specialty ingredients that are mostly organic and do not source traditional commodity grade products.
