Restaurants and their cooking oils near 'Houston'

They use coconut oil in all their cooking/grilling (including house made tortilla chips). Bacon fat only in beans and refried beans. They do have margarine in the sauces (red & green sauces). They will sub extra cheese, salsa & sour cream.

They use extra virgin olive oil for everything, except fryer. Also, their extra virgin olive oil imported from Turkey and cold pressed.
