From the owner: We've made the switch from canola oil to beef tallow in our fryers. Using beef tallow is us taking one more step towards eliminating all seed oils from our restaurants in the community we love. If you aren't familiar with beef tallow, it's a premium beef tallow made from American Wagyu Aside from the countless health benefits, quality beef tallow also has a much lower absorption rate... dare we say healthier / crispier fries.

From Bloomin Brands: Outback uses a variety of oils in their recipes including and not limited to beef tallow oil in the fryer, olive oil, olive and soybean oil blend, other vegetable oils. Some products we buy will also contain these oils.

We make everything from scratch and buy all of our ingredients locally if possible.

We will eventually be incorporating tallow and potentially avocado oil.

But for now we are using 100% olive oil not a blend.

We strongly believe in not using seed oils in our cooking And want to pass those benefits off to our customers.

Good Food Store is a grocery store with a deli. There aren't a ton of seed oil free options except for the Wok Bowls! You can specify avocado oil, ghee, or coconut oil as the fry oil.

Vessel Kitchen is real food. We made our menu with all kinds of people in mind: vegans, vegetarians, carnivores, Whole30 people, gluten-free people picky people, and even small people (kids). While we lean healthy, and are all about whole ingredients, we think our guest should be free to choose their own adventure.
