Voodoo Brewery features a wide range of craft beers and pub fares, including local wine & spirits and natural sodas. They use beef tallow for deep frying, olive oil for their house-made salad dressings, fermented pizza dough, gluten free options, and local ingredients when possible. Any disposable cups or to-go boxes are made of compostable material. A large majority of their decor and furniture is from reclaimed materials. They use mostly low impact and energy efficient appliances and lighting.

Community report: Everything in this joint--fried chicken, french fries, spring rolls, etc.--is fried in beef tallow. Their beef tallow has NO PRESERVATIVES OR OTHER ADDITIVES. I checked the bin myself.

Everything is fried in beef tallow. Burgers are made in-house with Certified Angus Beef, and all cheeses are real (not processed). Their poutines are extremely tasty. The owners are Greeks from New York City that somehow wound up in Ontario's cottage country.
