Community report: Asked an employee that asked a food worker. Only oil is that which is used to grill vegetables used in the sandwiches, and when I asked for clarification, was told olive oil. Only butter and olive oil for all items excluding vegan oatmeal cookies that use vegan "butter."

Community report: I asked an employee and she said as of now, oil is not an ingredient of any item, except olive oil is brushed on a few items. They use a lot of butter, I saw butter on the ingredients card for nearly every pastry and no seed oils. She said that is how it is now but it could change in the future, as if to imply it's not guaranteed or ideological, so ask.

Community report: A farm-to-table restaurant specializing in brunch, featuring lots of local products (with the goal of being 100% local eventually). Very charming, with options for vegetarian and vegan as well. Their table menus say they are "seed free" and say to ask if you have allergies to avocado oil.
