The owner, Alex, is passionate about baking bread and makes real artisanal naturally leavened GF breads with fresh-milled organic grains. Some of the prepared foods they offer are soups (lots of soups), pot-pies, lasagnas, and latkes made with local potatoes. Most items are vegan. They are Kosher Pareve.
