Community report: I asked an employee and she said as of now, oil is not an ingredient of any item, except olive oil is brushed on a few items. They use a lot of butter, I saw butter on the ingredients card for nearly every pastry and no seed oils. She said that is how it is now but it could change in the future, as if to imply it's not guaranteed or ideological, so ask.
