Vessel Kitchen is real food. We made our menu with all kinds of people in mind: vegans, vegetarians, carnivores, Whole30 people, gluten-free people picky people, and even small people (kids). While we lean healthy, and are all about whole ingredients, we think our guest should be free to choose their own adventure.

From Bloomin Brands: Outback uses a variety of oils in their recipes including and not limited to beef tallow oil in the fryer, olive oil, olive and soybean oil blend, other vegetable oils. Some products we buy will also contain these oils.

We make everything from scratch and buy all of our ingredients locally if possible.

We will eventually be incorporating tallow and potentially avocado oil.

But for now we are using 100% olive oil not a blend.

We strongly believe in not using seed oils in our cooking And want to pass those benefits off to our customers.

Only seed oils are in the mayo based condiments and salad dressings. (Ranch, tartar, mayo, etc)

The owner is into health and uses clean ingredients -- halal meat, grass-fed beef, alkaline filtered water, cold-pressed coconut oil is the cooking oil, no MSG, organic when possible.

Food is made from scratch (even down to the curry paste), not just from premade mixes like many Thai restaurants use. Very fresh, bold flavors and clean food.
