Using beef tallow is us taking one more step towards eliminating all seed oils from our restaurants in the community we love. Good Food Store is a grocery store with a deli. There aren't a ton of seed oil free options except for the Wok Bowls! You can specify avocado oil, ghee, or coconut oil as the fry oil.

Community report: they fry everything in lard but they do you seed oils in some of their sauces like the fry sauce and mayonnaise. Dressings maybe made with olive oil but double check.

We make everything from scratch and buy all of our ingredients locally if possible.

We will eventually be incorporating tallow and potentially avocado oil.

But for now we are using 100% olive oil not a blend.
