From Bloomin Brands: Outback uses a variety of oils in their recipes including and not limited to beef tallow oil in the fryer, olive oil, olive and soybean oil blend, other vegetable oils. Some products we buy will also contain these oils.

Majority of cooking done with extra virgin olive oil and olive oil pomace. We render our own animal fats and use when appropriate. We also use clarified butter, salted and unsalted butter where appropriate.

All fryers contain pork lard or beef tallow.

Prepared frozen meals available for delivery or pick up. Entire menu is free from gluten, grains, dairy, soy, eggs, corn, nuts, legumes, peanuts, refined sugar, industrial seed oils, artificial sweeteners, and many items free from nightshades.

We carry a wide range of products from ready to eat foods, sauces and treats to our menu of delectable entrees, sides and homemade desserts. We use Beef Tallow to fry in and Olive Oil, Coconut oil & Avocado oil in our dressings, sauces and desserts. 98% of our menu can be made Gluten Free and we try to cater to individuals with random food allergies as much as possible. We eliminated seed oils and high fructose corn syrup from our dressings, sauces and ketchup (we use Red Gold Natural) as well. If you want to get your HFCS fix we do still offer soft drinks. :-)
