We serve Burgers, Cheesesteaks, Po-Boys and amazing Salads. Our beef is locally grown and processed which is where we get our tallow from as well, all from Flint Hills Family Farms. We carry a wide range of products from ready to eat foods, sauces and treats to our menu of delectable entrees, sides and homemade desserts. We use Beef Tallow to fry in and Olive Oil, Coconut oil & Avocado oil in our dressings, sauces and desserts. 98% of our menu can be made Gluten Free and we try to cater to individuals with random food allergies as much as possible. We eliminated seed oils and high fructose corn syrup from our dressings, sauces and ketchup (we use Red Gold Natural) as well. If you want to get your HFCS fix we do still offer soft drinks. :-)
