Vessel Kitchen is real food. We made our menu with all kinds of people in mind: vegans, vegetarians, carnivores, Whole30 people, gluten-free people picky people, and even small people (kids). While we lean healthy, and are all about whole ingredients, we think our guest should be free to choose their own adventure.

From Bloomin Brands: Outback uses a variety of oils in their recipes including and not limited to beef tallow oil in the fryer, olive oil, olive and soybean oil blend, other vegetable oils. Some products we buy will also contain these oils.
