I broke down our most-loved family recipes (from Punjab, India) and rebuilt them as scalable systems using modern kitchen tech. No freezers. No microwaves. No shortcuts. Just handmade food, real spice, and open kitchens, so you see every naan flip and every masala simmer.

Every dish at Tikka Drive is cooked in pure ghee and avocado oil. No canola, no soybean, no sunflower, no vegetable oil.

Most fast-food kitchens fry in cheap seed oil because it costs less and lasts longer on a shelf. We made a different call. Tikka Drive cooks the way Punjabi home kitchens always have, in ghee, with avocado oil where a dish needs high heat. That is the whole list.

No Red 40, Yellow 5 or 6, Blue 1, or caramel coloring. Every bit of color comes from real spices, tomatoes, and fruit.

Healthy is not a special menu for us. It is how we cook everything. We started Tikka Drive because fast food and real food should not be opposites. So we kept the family recipes and got rid of the seed oils, the dyes, the freezers, and the shortcuts. What is left is Indian food you can eat often and feel good about.
