I was told when I was there they do not use any seed oils.

The restaurant group explicitly states that they are a completely seed-oil-free establishment. According to verified listings and official social media confirmations from the owner, Chef Lisa Dahl, the kitchen uses high-quality alternatives including olive oil, coconut oil, butter, ghee, bacon fat, duck fat, and beef tallow instead of industrially processed vegetable or seed oils

The chef who owns this restaurant has 5 others in Sedona. I would assume they are all the same, but you can check.
