Joseph's Organic Bakery is a Vegan, Organic, Wholegrain, Seed Oil Free Bakery and health diet / supplement establishment. At Joseph's Organic Bakery we bake our sourdough bread like a thousand years ago. We use Ancient Grain wholegrain flour. We ferment the dough for 8-48 hours. We never use dough conditioners, and we never use white flour. Our bread is made with only 3 ingredients: flour (that we grind ourselves), water and sea salt. And we never use Seed Oils. Our pizzas and desserts are made with Extra Virgin Organic Olive oil, or Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil. That's it. We also offer healthy diet plans for Weight Loss and Diabetes, that incorporate our health teas, superfoods, and herbs. Real Food is Medicine.
