The Candied Rib Company is a Locally Owned Take-Out restaurant located in the heart of Mount Juliet, TN. Craig and Lisa Dudinetz started The Candied Rib Company in 2017 catering and delivering boxed lunches around Mount Juliet.

We have evolved from Great Barbecue With a Twist, to Anything BUT Traditional meals, Healthy Foods & Nitrate Free Smoked Meats with Gluten-Free and Vegetarian options. Our kitchen is completely FREE from Seed Oils, High Fructose Corn Syrup, GMO's & MSG! We render our own Tallow and use it as our main grill oil in addition to Imported Grass Fed Butter and Olive Oil, depending on the item cooked. We render our own Lard, make Mayo in house out of Avocado oil. All sauces & rubs are Original Recipes, made in house.
