No shortcuts. Just high-quality ingredients that nourish and satisfy. We cook with: olive oil and avocado oil, 100% avocado oil for small-batch frying. And absolutely no industrial seed oils-ever. But clean catering is more than just what we don’t use. It’s about being intentional with every ingredient we bring to your table. That’s why we created the SaltBlock Farm- so we can grow the nutrient-rich, seasonal produce that makes our food not only better for you, but better tasting too.
