"Pomelia opened its doors at 16 Station Ave in Brunswick, ME with one goal—serve real Italian food in a way that feels familiar. Inspired by Sicilian roots and family traditions, the idea came from years of sharing simple meals made with care. The name comes from a flower that grows in warm places, just like the kitchens back home."
pizza sauce and focaccia pizza crust use olive oil (also true of the gluten free version)
the chicken parm can be made with seared chicken and olive oil upon request
Meatballs: Seed oil free and gluten free panko is used to make them so they are also gluten free.
Seafood Risotto: olive oil
Pesce Gratinati: olive oil
Marsala sauce: butter
Canola oil is used in the fryer and the salad dressings are a canola/olive oil combination
