Description
Located at Hi Wire's Big Top. From the owner: "We use all the beef and pork fat from our butcher shop to supplement our fryers in 3 locations. Depending on the time of year and the needs of the butcher shop we will be 60% to 100% animal fats in those fryers. When we can't be at 100% we supplement with a standard fryer oil blend that is a basis of grain oils."
