Description
Food for the People is an NZ food truck committed to keeping seed oils off the menu for better health and enjoyment. Since they installed their deep fryer in 2017, Food for the People has been cooking their fries in 100% beef tallow.
There are only two ingredients in their fries - agria potatoes and beef fat - so you know you're getting an honest bowl of fries. They also cook with olive oil on the grill to cook their burgers and seafood. And they make their own condiments, such as their aioli and burger sauces, with olive oil instead of seed oil.
