Many of the dishes at FlatIron contain seed oil. Here is an email received from July 2024:
We’re sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We just wanted to thoroughly double check before we replied. We are almost seed oil-free. We are using oil to produce Salad Dressing, Chilli Mayo, Truffle mac and cheese, Truffle relish for burgers. There will also be Seed oils in Mushroom sauce, Peppercorn sauce, the Bun for the burger and Aubergine.
Free of Seed oils:
- Steaks all
- Chips
- Spinach
- Mash
- Bearnaise
