I spoke to the owner Mori today, he is using clean/natural ingredients (no ready made ingredients, "no oils", colourings, flavour enhancers, conservatives, enzymes, stabilizers). Handcrafted in-house with ingredients like Fresh cream, milk, egg yolks, less sugar.
