Barra Oliba is a neighborhood Spanish bistro and tapas bar in Little Italy, San Diego, serving classic dishes rooted in the cuisines of Northern Spain — Basque, Galician, and Catalonian. Every dish is cooked exclusively with Spanish extra-virgin olive oil and animal fats. No seed oils, ever.

The menu spans traditional tapas, Mediterranean rice dishes, and fresh raw and cooked seafood. The wine list focuses on small-producer Spanish and French bottles from regions like Rioja, Ribera del Duero, and Rías Baixas.
