From Bloomin Brands: Outback uses a variety of oils in their recipes including and not limited to beef tallow oil in the fryer, olive oil, olive and soybean oil blend, other vegetable oils. Some products we buy will also contain these oils.

They use coconut oil in all their cooking/grilling (including house made tortilla chips). Bacon fat only in beans and refried beans. They do have margarine in the sauces (red & green sauces). They will sub extra cheese, salsa & sour cream.

It's worth noting that, in addition to the items you mentioned, Pappasito's Cantina also uses vegetable oil in their preparations."
